A while back I got a really awesome pair of black and white polka dot trouser pants. I have been hesitant to wear it with a similar black and white polka dot blouse, however Shaina Mote really nailed the combination in her Fall 2012 collection, which I stumbled upon the other day in my now unemployed internet free time. This weekend, I happened to stop by the trunk show for the Fall 2012 Collection of E/R/F a new line by Emily Fishman and tried on the dress on the right (and am seriously considering getting it for my best friend’s wedding in June!). Her use of color pretty much matches up with my own color sensibility when it comes to my closet and the influence of woven textiles in the collections silks are pretty amazing! Plus I love a good mock turtle neck and peter pan color, for real.
